  This is my second review, I have been living here at Canyon Ridge Apts now for 6 months and I still love my Apt and this community. Thanks to our mgmt team, John, Eliene and Victoria have been so nice and kind and helpful in going the extra mile making sure everythi g is working properly in my Apt. Very happy about that. GOD BLESS THEM AND THE REST OF THEIR TEAM AND FAMILIES.🙏

  Honestly besides having great size apartments and it being nice, maintenance is always ready to check out any problem you report! Gerardo Pantoja was very on time, kind and fixes any maintenance issues. Great work Gerardo!

  I lost my wallet and was frantically looking everywhere for a day my sister tells me to go to the office just in case and I do ! A very nice maintenance man named Jay found it ! He saved my life everything was in there cash license , debit cards etc if you know how hard it is to replace and how long it takes , Thank you Jay 🙏🏽 I love living here!

  What can I say. Amazing and caring people at the leasing office. To start, Victoria from the first day we walked in to get a tour unscheduled at that, she was super helpful and so accommodating. She made us feel welcomed before we even had signed our lease. She was there throughout the whole process and for me personally made my retired mother feel heard and respected her opinions. As well to John, when it comes to the application process it was simple and pretty quick but if there was any questions or updates he was there quick. Ready to help in any he could without a second thought. This team took it above and beyond to welcome us home.

  My boyfriend and I have been living here for 8 months and its been very pleasant! This is our first time living together and John at the leasing office made the application and move in process so easy and smooth. The very few issues we have had were also addressed very promptly and professionally. This place has become our perfect place to call home together.
