  Victor always does a great job. He’s professional, efficient, and completes multiple maintenance tasks in a short amount of time. He’s also very accommodating with scheduling and always arranges a time that works for me. I really appreciate his reliability and quality of work. If something can’t be fixed the same day and a part needs to be ordered, he always gives me an approximate timeline and lets me know that he’ll send an update. He’s also very accommodating with scheduling and always arranges a time that works for me. I truly appreciate his reliability and communication.

  FYI the two bedrooms seem to start at 4000+. The one bedrooms at 3200+. We found they listed a two bedroom for 3244 on both Zillow and on their own website. However, the property is nice in multiple ways.

  On Thanksgiving, I want to express my gratitude for living in such a lovely community. Being right next to the Guadalupe River Trail makes it easy to go for a run or walk to blow off some steam. The quiet atmosphere, abundant sunlight, and surrounding greenery are conducive to meditation and yoga, helping me stay grounded and connected in profound ways. - The management and maintenance teams do an excellent job keeping the community well-organized and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Molly for helping me find the congenial unit and for diligently assisting me with issues I encountered, so that I can focus on my job and life. - Even though I don’t have family in the US to celebrate Thanksgiving with, this serene community has a sense of home.

  My girlfriend and I have been apartment searching in the Santa Clara area. We were intrigued by The Carlyle due to location and the reviews online. Upon arriving at the property we were helped by the assistant manager, Molly, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She took us on a thorough tour and was able to provide valuable informations about the property and surrounding areas. So far the things she said and showed us makes this place be at the top of our list if all things go according to plan. Perk? So close to Levi’s and this year’s Super Bowl.
