Management has moved to AI bot system for taking complaints. No followup. They've stopped caring. One day a dozen fully armed cops had to intervene, and they made the peaceful neighbors with small kids evacuate and made othere shelter in place before making arrest. but only to release after few days. That just emboldened and situation has become worse.

My bedroom is very very big and the closets are so many, it’s really great! Joyce in the office is always helping me with a smile. Moving here was the best decision ever!

Joyce, the assistant manager, was very friendly and patient talking my boyfriend and I through the process to get an apartment here. The location is peaceful and convenient being across the street from a park for my son and down the street from a shopping plaza. I highly suggest these apartments.
- MDMiss DeeNov 27, 20252.0I lived here for two years. The management was better before an investment group acquired it. Once the ownership changed, it became extremely difficult to have work orders filled. My dryer literally would not start. I think the motor needed to be replaced. I submitted at least three work orders for this on separate occasions because each time, a tech would come and look at it but nothing would be fixed. I spent the last several months of my lease with a dryer that didn’t work. I had the same issue with a broken bathroom fan that would screech loudly, my toilet would spit up toilet paper randomly and gargle loudly at night, and the AC would often break down in the summer, taking weeks to get fixed. In addition, the noise from the park nearby could be heard early in the morning. Waking up to tennis grunting at 6 am on a weekend is far from ideal. Packages also routinely got stolen as the mailboxes were frequently broken into. Security in general was very poor. The apartments are advertised as gated, but my gate was frequently broken, so it was wide open for weeks at a time. Overall, extremely overpriced for being such an old complex with so many issues.
