  I stayed here for the past three years. Very safe and located in a convenient location. Maintenance requests are handled within a day and everyone is very courteous. To top it all - they returned our entire security deposit because we had stayed for 3+ years (I've never heard that happen elsewhere)

  I would caution anyone against renting at Spring Creek apartments. I lived here for a year, and my experience aligns with many other reviews: the noise from outside is constant, and the building's ongoing construction caused frequent, disruptive disturbances. For nearly two months, our patio was blocked due to construction. Our kids couldn’t access it, and the noise was unbearable. Normally, tenants are compensated during building construction, but we received nothing from management. If you work from home, this is certainly not the ideal place. For the high rents they charge, the amenities and apartment quality fall short. It’s no surprise they continually offer a "1 month free" deal to attract tenants. After we vacated, we were hit with unexpected charges for minor, washable crayon marks. Instead of a small fee for touch-up paint, they charged us for gallons of paint—more than what was needed for a single apartment—which seemed clearly excessive. In short, this apartment complex appears more focused on squeezing money from tenants than providing a quality living experience. I would strongly advise people to avoid this apartment.
