  I would not recommend this apartment due to poor management and lack of accountability from the leasing office. The maintenance staff are excellent and do their best, but many issues stem from office management. Contractors hired by the property caused serious problems, including a gas leak that required evacuation with no clear communication on when it was safe to return, and a separate incident where a burst pipe flooded the three-story building and forced tenants to relocate. Office staff were frequently unavailable during business hours and difficult to reach. There were multiple occasions where management appeared to be in the office but did not acknowledge walk-ins. My move-out experience also lacked clarity. I was given multiple different prorated rent amounts, charged a late fee that would not have been caught without my intervention, and the security deposit charges required repeated follow-ups to obtain documentation. Overall, while the maintenance team deserves credit, the office management significantly detracts from the living experience.

  Nantucket Apartments is a wonderful place to live, we’ve been here many years and are happy to call it home. It’s run by a great staff with Mgr. Vivian and Asst. Mgr. Dylan, and Jessica heading up the office, which BTW is always open. There is always someone available to help with any issues or questions you have, and they are always so friendly and happy to assist. The complex is kept so clean by our maintenance staff, Domingo, the maintenance manager, (so extremely friendly and helpful,) and Jose and Chuey who are also very friendly and helpful.

  Overall, this is a nice apartment complex with good living conditions, but one major downside is the high level of airport traffic noise. My low rating is primarily due to the move-out process, which was extremely disappointing. Despite hiring professional cleaners and returning the unit in near-original condition, management issued a lengthy list of charges: full repainting (even though wear was minimal and I had patched nail holes), carpet shampoo (despite my steam-cleaning), a cleaning fee (after my deep clean), blind slats, and additional labor costs with unclear justification. As a result, not only was my entire security deposit withheld, but I was also charged extra. Future renters should be aware that recovering your deposit may be unlikely and expect a substantial move-out bill on top of regular moving expenses.

  I’m incredibly happy with my new apartment! From the very beginning of the process, everything went smoothly, thanks in large part to the amazing assistance of Ms. Barrett, Ms. Maria and the maintenance people too. Their professionalism, kindness, and prompt support made my transition seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself is everything I hoped for and more. It truly feels like home not just for me, but for my entire family. We absolutely love it here! Everything is brand new, from the freshly painted walls to the beautiful carpets and modern appliances. The space is both cozy and elegant, and you can really feel the care that went into preparing it. Special thanks again to Ms. Barrett and Ms. Maria for going above and beyond. You’ve helped make this move a wonderful experience!
