  So far experience has been good living within the our 2bd 2 bath but I do have some concerns which is that our microwave door trim literally fell off, you could tell it was sensitive when we moved it but now it completely fell off. We've only been here since Dec. 10th 2025 there is no way we caused this it looks like its been happening over time which makes sense, there being many tenants that move in and out all the time. Hopefully it gets repaired soon and not pinned on us lmao

  The maintenance manager, I forgot his name, but he has a long pony Tail...he did a great job with fixing the toilet handle. He was through and efficient. He also installed the lights in my unit a couple of weeks ago. Please send him when I have maintenance issues. Thank you, Michelle

  Recently moved in and have had a very good experience so far. I've had a few maintenance requests and most of them were looked at or resolved the next day. Only issue so far I've noticed is that trash tends to pile up very quickly a lot, and the dumpsters tend to be so full you can't fit anything.

  I stayed here for around 3 years. The community was good, had no major issues throughout. Until recently when I moved out around 3 months back and the deposit check has not been forwarded to us yet. Even after visiting the office and getting on call with them almost everyday, there hasn’t been any major progress and they just wind up saying the management will get back. This is weird and they need to put things in place to avoid such circumstances.

  Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful management. We have had NO hot water for three full days. I contacted management every single day, making countless phone calls, yet no one took this issue seriously. There was no apology, no accountability, and zero acknowledgment of their failure or poor communication. I made it very clear that we have a newborn baby only 3 days old, and that my wife had just been discharged from the hospital. Hot water is not a luxury — it is a basic human necessity. Still, nothing was fixed. When I finally demanded a specific time for when the issue would be resolved, the response I received was shocking and insulting: they told me to shower somewhere else. Every problem in this building follows the same pattern: nothing gets resolved unless you wait for days and chase them with endless calls. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering living here to think twice. ⭐ Do not recommend.
