  Booked tour for a 1b that was listed online. Showed up for my appointment and the unit was not available anymore. Assistant did not notify me that this was off the market (saw it listed the day before.) terrible experience and a waste of time.

  Landscapers will be ur biggest phobia if u work night jobs, they gonna spent hours to make sure u can’t have good sleep other day i saw one of them with the loud motor on fr no reason. If u work nights or weekends good luck with your sleep cycle.

  My wife and I rented there for one year, at the end of a year they deducted $250 for carpet cleaning(unneeded, mandatory) and $250 for their mandatory cleaning fee. They charged us for the disks under the burners on the oven too. Totally nit picked. During our time there not just one, but both of their hot tubs went out of commission often. And their “heated lap pool” was frigid, at a consistent 50 degrees, even after multiple complaints and assurances they were working on it. Their barbecues in the pool areas are nice, but they are so dirty, nobody cleans them. And the barbecue tools get stolen all the time. Their “clubhouse” with a pool table and a piano that you can hang out at… closes at 6pm and they lock the doors. Our sink in our bathroom started leaking, we put in a maintenance request, all the maintenance people did was put a big fan in our bathroom to air it out. They forgot to get the fan for more than a month. The leak persisted and we just turned off the cold water to our bathroom to avoid dealing with the request system. Every cabinet in the kitchen would leave paint chips stuck to the bottom of plates, mugs, spice jars, anything. Our one bedroom was almost $3000 per month.

  The move-in process has been seamless! The office staff (especially Reina) are responsive and friendly. They go above and beyond. Maintenance was able to complete my requests in a timely manor. The property is well maintained and relatively quiet after I get home from work. There is lots of parking both inside and on the street around the apartment. I just moved in and will update my review as needed.

  This apartment illegally charges mandatory cleaning fee when moving out despite the unit was returned completely clean. They will take away all your deposits to earn a few hundred bucks! Already taking legal measures to deal with these unlawful players.
