  I signed my lease after falling in love with the atmosphere of the complex, I really didn't mind paying $2600 a month, I could look past the fact that there was no in-unit washer dryer and that I had to pay out the nose for shared laundry, the fact the train screeches by at 2am every night, the constant need to wash my car, the tree trimming that happens practically every day at 8am, the leaves, the restrictive gym hours, I still really enjoy my space!
Want to know what I can't handle? 
Driving in circles around a parking lot for over an hour every night because I get home after 4pm. "What about the emergency spot that's meant for the security patrol?" I hear you ask, good question! But also taken by 4:30pm! There is only about half a block of street parking outside the complex that is shared with 2 other apartment complexes who I can only guess ALSO built more apartments than parking spaces, because there are always cars parked in fire lanes for days on end. God forbid the company tries to get in touch with the city to get approval for parking permits for the empty streets just a block away that tickets like no neighborhood I've ever seen. 
I've created an entirely new email and google account just to ensure there would be no retaliation for the rest of my lease but I dont see how things could get any better and wish I could continue living here but only a couple of months into my lease and I'm already looking for new places to live.

  Ive been living here for 5 years. I love this complex it does have ups and downs like anything in life, but having a manager like Patrick makes me want to stay here another 5 years. Such a great person, hes always trying to find a solution to make everyone happy. And gets everything handled quickly, which makes for a great living enviroment. The complex has some amazing landscaping that transports you to a tropical oasis. And so many amenities here make it very enjoyable. Lastly the location, so easy to get places when your right off the freeway . Definately a gem in OC
