Given the monthly rent of $2,400 for a one-bedroom unit, these upgrades seem like a reasonable expectation. The neighborhood atmosphere is another aspect that could improve. Interactions among residents tend to feel less welcoming, with more complaints than friendly exchanges. On a positive note, the property manager is very friendly and approachable, and she does a good job within the scope of her responsibilities. Looking ahead, I am concerned about the summer months, as the units tend to become extremely hot.   Hi I normally don’t do reviews but this one is well worth it. I want to thank Laura for everything she’s done since day one at The beginning I was searching for different places But she was constantly making sure to answer all my questions and all my needs. She make sure to follow up constantly and I’ve been here for the past Four months and she’s super helpful and problems solver At the beginning Of renting in this place, I had a misunderstanding about what The manager on duty had explained to me, but thanks to Laura. She was able to fix it. And make the moving so smoothly. So if you guys are looking for a great management experience and place to live, please talk to Laura.

  We have lived here for a while now and it is great! The pool has gorgeous new furniture now. The area is quiet with trees and birds singing. What makes the living experience great as well is Laura the manager, she is so efficient and reliable. She is responsive, compassionate and really cares about the tenants here.

  I have lived here for 4 years now and it's very peaceful. I never hear any loud noises from my neighbors. Management is very nice and understanding! I've never had an issues living here!!!

  I lived here for a little over two years, the train doesn’t bother me. Loved this place, Eva and Laura were amazing!!! It would be 5 stars but new management took over and they started jacking the price up. The new lady Naomi is terrible and they have an app you use to pay rent and when it was down she tried to tell me to make sure the rents not late when I offered to write her a check because THEIR app is broken. Super unprofessional lady. I miss Eva but Laura is still amazing, I will miss her!
