  There is NEVER a manager on site. We got items stolen from our garage and have been calling the front office all morning. No response at all many voicemails left. Once I got out of work and headed to the office there is no one available even though their hours clearly state Tuesdays- Saturdays they are open from 9 am - 6:00 P.M (note I am writing this while standing Infront of the office at 5:00 P.M. Very unprofessional to not be available during the posted hours. It is always impossible to get either a question answered or get any type of help from the front office. They are very good at putting our flyers to the complex that isn't helpful but once someone in the complex needs help they are no where to be found

  Constant plumbing issues. Edit after manager response: yet again another day without water. What are we supposed to do if you dont pick up. As soon as it is 6pm staff is gone and tenants are left to fend for themselves. Your emergency maintance number doesnt even work its just a voicemail. On top of that by the main office you have 24/7 service request forms and that number is diconnected.

  This place is a horrible do not come to live here there is no where to park ever plus cars are broken into. second of all false accusations made towards me and my fiancé in the pool when we were doing nothing wrong we were the only ones in the pool maybe kissed a few times and carry me around in the pool and we were being silly and swimming in the pool.

  I usually dont do reviews but i dont recommend living here. We had our car broken into and when we tried to report it to the manager to let her know what was going on she just tells you its probably something personal you have with with one of the neighbors! Like really!?! If its personal then the car a couple cars down wouldn't have had their car broken into either. Even if management cant do much about our car getting broken into, it thats not the way you respond to someone. You pay a lot and no cameras nor security and then you have management like this. I dont know if she is new but we have never had an issue when Brittney was under management.
