- GNGrace NorrisMar 24, 20265.0I went to the Valentine’s Day apartment life event and had so much fun! Chloe and Tim did a great job setting up a big assortment of flowers so we could make our own bouquets! They also had a chocolate setup with fresh strawberries, pretzels, and other Valentine’s Day goody items. It was a great place to socialize and relax.

Normally, taking our dog on a walk is a chore, but with the lakes, squirrels, ducks, and all of the other wildlife, it is always so refreshing! We have so much fun here, and we are so excited to keep making friends!
- CBC BaraFeb 7, 20264.0Good residential complex with easy applications. But please, you ought to avoid the bald shirtless man who lives here and walks around drunk. He says some very racially prejudice things when I met him. Now I have caught him staring at me from far away several times.
- NRNicholas RobertsFeb 3, 20265.0I lived at Lake Dianne for about 7 years. The staff is fantastic. From maintenance all the way to management, they were always respectful, professional and quick to act. The only feedback I have is two things. One, PLEASE turn this complex into a gated community. Without fences and a gate, we were at the mercy of the homeless/drug addicts around the area. My bike was stolen, cars broken into and mail boxes broken into(I was fortunate not to experience the car and mail issues but I did see it affect others). Two, there are a lot of water shut offs, I assume because of the "lakes" and streams. Sometimes for the whole day. Some were planned but restrooms/portable restrooms were not provided which is kind of wild in the 2020's, having to hold it all day... Besides that, it is a quiet community thanks to management being firm and fair about the rules. You get access to a great variety of shopping and freeways. A big thanks to September and Denia, they were always helpful and kind. I forget maintenance names but they were always quick and friendly. 5 stars for the staff, 3.5 stars for the apartment/complex.
