- DDD4 days ago5.0I’ve lived at The Arbors for many years and I’ve been lucky to not have many issues pop up. On the chance I’ve needed something to be fixed Laura and the maintenance team take care of it same day! If there is something that needs to be ordered, it does not take more than a couple of days for them to receive and install. They are professional and efficient.

Laura is amazing and really fights for u and really tries to make things happen when needed. We have been here for a while and no management has ever cared as much as she does. She truly cares about the property.

The first application process at a place in Fullerton was nightmare. They wanted everything but blood and ultimately decided that I "needed a cosigner." I was lucky enough to find the Arbors. Laura was amazing! Welcoming, she made the application process extremely easy. Besides the location being ideal, the complex is quiet, and my apartment is perfect. The Vaulted ceiling make the apt feel huge and it comes with stainless steel appliances. Also the price is right. Finding this place sealed my perfect return to California. Thanks again Laura!

I had an issue with my fridge pretty early into moving in, put in the complaint, and it got fixed the next day. Laura is very nice, great at communicating, and very helpful with any questions that come up. If you're looking at these apartments I would highly suggest them.
