The maker space is a great place to paint or other projects. Very artist friendly, surrounded by the inspiration of downtown living. I never have to drive to eat. This location has all the conveniences. Apartments are new and nice.

I recently had the opportunity to extend my lease and was helped out by melissa, the assistant community manager. She is an awesome assistant community manager that really cares about her tenants and was able to get me a great deal on my renewed lease.

The whole staff answered any questions. Very knowledgeable and made the move in process extremely pleasing. Beautiful building, apartment well maintained. Rate everything 5 out of 5. If anyone is looking to live in DTSA, Rafferty is the place to be!
