From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized thanks to their support. Melissa leads a great team, and it truly shows in the level of customer service they provide. I really appreciate their attention to detail and the care they took to make my move-in stress-free. Highly recommend Rafferty to anyone looking for a well-managed community with an outstanding staff.

The maker space is a great place to paint or other projects. Very artist friendly, surrounded by the inspiration of downtown living. I never have to drive to eat. This location has all the conveniences. Apartments are new and nice.

I recently had the opportunity to extend my lease and was helped out by melissa, the assistant community manager. She is an awesome assistant community manager that really cares about her tenants and was able to get me a great deal on my renewed lease.
