- EEEvelyn (Evelyn)Dec 20, 20201.0They are very expensive apartments for such a small apartment. It says $1,600 but your actually paying $1,900 dollars a month for only 1 bedroom apartment! You also have to pay for trash and the microwave and oven came nasty they never cleaned it! Not recommend to live here they steal your money! The manager is very rude !!!!!!!!!!
