    Moved in a few months ago and we are extremely delighted with our decision. Corina Fong( property manager) made the move-in process extremely easy and stress free she goes above and beyond, herself and the management staff are amazing. Any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The building is kid friendly and overall a great place to stay!

    Maintenance never came. But the manager, Christian, showed up with a key so quickly! I was able to get what I needed and get to work! I sprayed lock lubricant into my door lock and now it works well. I appreciate the management and staff for being so helpful!!

    My son moved in at beginning of the year to his current place. Previously, he was at a different building. He’s been at Valencia since 2017. It’s all been positive. Recently, we had an water issue which took a couple weeks to resolve, but it was tackled immediately. Maintenance came and went without any disturbance. They left the place tidy. After partial wall had to be removed to get at water problem, all the drywall was replaced, patched, painted. Thanks to Corina for a job well done. She Is professional and efficient. She called several times to give updates as to how things were moving along. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her. She is pleasant, friendly and receptive. She even had a crew come and thoroughly clean the bathroom of construction dust after repairs. We really appreciate all her efforts especially because our son is handicapped.

    Never disappointed with the services or maintenance. Always timely and helpful. Although they seem pretty busy throughout the day, they don't treat tenants like they're too busy for you.
