Since this was my first time moving into an apartment, I was hoping for a smooth transition into the senior apartment community. Unfortunately, my experience with the leasing process did not meet my expectations.
I had scheduled an appointment with the leasing consultant during the week to view my new apartment one last time before move-in. When I arrived on Saturday, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the leasing consultant to locate a key to let me in. This was both inconvenient and disappointing, especially since the visit was prearranged.
During the walkthrough, I also asked where the trash disposal area was located. The response I received was simply “somewhere down the hall.” As a new resident, I would have appreciated a proper introduction to the community amenities and facilities rather than vague directions.
Customer service is especially important when assisting senior residents. Many of us need more guidance and clear communication as we transition into a new living environment. I expected a higher level of professionalism and support from the leasing staff, and I hope improvements can be made for future residents.

We had very bad experience with the agent Collin Debets, we were approved for the unit, and he sent us a welcome letter with moving details then tells us he will email the lease to sign electronically, we gave a notice of moving out of our current apartment by 10/1 change our address all of this while waiting for an email from Collin about our lease he stopped taking our calls, not calling us back when we leave a message we had to drive for almost 2 hours each way to the office about 4 times in the last 10 days he would say we will email the lease tomorrow. Today 7/15/2025 we drove for almost 2 hours met him he said unfortunately we’re not approved.
