The African-American older lady in the front is extremely rude. I walked in. She was degrading. The lady in front of me and I sat down and she was looking at me like I’m with her you guys need to go park somewhere else I’m not available I’m busy I was looking at her like why are you looking at me? I’m not even with this lady. When she kicked that lady out, I asked her a simple question. Do you have any one bedroom apartments available that I’d like to get some information.. She gave me this horrible attitude saying that yes I do but I’m not available to show it right now. I said I didn’t ask you to show it to me I was just asking for some information. Seems like you guys don’t want any business. Don’t even bother going to this place you’ll get immediately kicked out with very rude service Let me tell you something lady you are in the peoples business and if you can’t answer a simple question without giving attitude, maybe you need to go work at McDonald’s with that attitude I wouldn’t even buy burger off you

Have lived here for 5 years- management is not the same as it was before. They charge you for everything including to make payments using debit card through their website. Location is great but, that’s about it. There have been mice, roaches, and plague of ants. People leave their bikes outside their units instead of putting them in their balcony. People have shoe racks by their doors. It makes the community look messy and unkept. For the price we pay I don’t want to see dirty shoes all through the community. Management doesn’t enforce these rules that supposedly they have and are listed on the lease agreement. They need to upgrade the insides. Washer and dryers are really outdated. They replace with another outdated machine if for some reason your washer/dryer goes out. Recently they found a bag of cocaine on the playground. Just overall not the best. Moving is expensive and a hassle but, I definitely won’t be renewing. They also do two inspections per year. Which I find really intrusive since they don’t upgrade anything. It’s more of a checkup on who and what you have in your apartment. Constant maintenance on the parking lots which make it impossible to park. Hassle! Look into some other communities.

I had a positive experience with the move in process. Sangeeta was incredibly helpful and kind. The apartments are old and a little run down, but maintenance responds quickly. Overall nice safe and quiet community and like how easy guest parking is.

I just want to say a big thank you to Sangeeta for being so helpful, supportive, and truly dedicated to her job. She made my move from one apartment to another as smooth as possible and was so patient while I figured everything out. I really appreciate all her help. I’m also really enjoying my new place—with such a lovely view of the canal! Thanks again.
