  Bridges of San Ramon is top-tier in ALL aspects. I am so grateful my family is part of this wonderful and peaceful community. David, Sangeeta, Angel and Rafael go above and beyond to make me feel valued. Thank you!

  The worst experience ever. It's not surprising that they list the attorney fee as one of the potential fees on their website because you will finally need one. Huge midnight banging sound has been happening in my bedroom since 1 month ago. The bedroom wall makes several banging in between 3am and 8am daily, ranging from 40db to 90db. No resolution. No promises for termination of lease. No rent discount. I sent them VERY MANY emails and got ZERO reply. I called the office VERY MANY times and NOBODY picked the phone. I went to the office VERY MANY times and they always kick me out. Plus, you should notice the AC vent is directly at the ceiling in front of bedroom. Mine makes a loud resonance sound if I close the door. Maintenance said this is "normal". Cannot use AC if I want to get some sleep. If you'd not get involved into endless lease of a house not able to be lived in, stay away from Bridges. It's called "luxury" only because it's expensive. The comment below me saying "looking at bigger picture" is really funny. Sure. The bigger picture of this apartment is awesome. All I got is just waking up a few times every night by super loud bangings and heart beating very fast. Very small issues.

  The African-American older lady in the front is extremely rude. I walked in. She was degrading. The lady in front of me and I sat down and she was looking at me like I’m with her you guys need to go park somewhere else I’m not available I’m busy I was looking at her like why are you looking at me? I’m not even with this lady. When she kicked that lady out, I asked her a simple question. Do you have any one bedroom apartments available that I’d like to get some information.. She gave me this horrible attitude saying that yes I do but I’m not available to show it right now. I said I didn’t ask you to show it to me I was just asking for some information. Seems like you guys don’t want any business. Don’t even bother going to this place you’ll get immediately kicked out with very rude service Let me tell you something lady you are in the peoples business and if you can’t answer a simple question without giving attitude, maybe you need to go work at McDonald’s with that attitude I wouldn’t even buy burger off you

  We had a positive experience with the move in process. Sangeeta was so helpful and kind. Very nice safe and quiet community
