- RTramtin mehraban teymouri1 day ago1.0I’ve been living here for over a year and renewed my lease due to my limited options. It used to be a much better place to live before the management changes. During the past year, View at Marin has been under continuous construction, causing constant noise and significant disruptions. Because of the construction, we were unable to use part of our unit for about a month. We also had issues with the laundry machine—it wasn’t working properly and had a leak. After several unsuccessful repair attempts, they finally replaced it. Currently, we’ve been dealing with a mold issue for weeks after reporting it, and management is still “considering” how to address it instead of taking prompt action. Additionally, EV chargers were installed months ago, but none of them are operational. I’ve asked multiple times for updates and receive a different response each time. Overall, the ongoing maintenance issues, poor communication, and lack of timely resolution have been very frustrating.
