- GLG LSep 14, 20245.0Lived here for 3 years and the amenities have been getting progressively better, more so since Frank started managing. The property is in a busy downtown location, but is very secure (now) with cameras, keyed entry, private garage, bike cages, and a very alert and responsive Frank :). There is a rooftop lounge that rivals the expensive AC Hotel rooftop bar, a game room, and a decently equipped gym. Building is pet friendly and because it’s a small community, you get privacy (dual pane windows for the win) while also being right in the middle of downtown.

He is very accomodating and helpful. He resolves concerns in a timely professional manner. I am glad I chose to reside here!
