- UBUseless Bob4 days ago4.02nd & B was NOT for me. Leasing from FPI Management in Sonoma County, where 700 sq ft (1b 1b) goes for ~$2K per month. Fees average ~$200 more per month. FPI recently merged into Asset Living Corporation. They are the second largest property management business in the USA, .... with Graystar #1. Say goodby to your privacy, cuz RealPage does the application criteria processing. Thx FPI for the opportunity to rent a decent place to Lease & Live.
