The price increase of the conservice bill is INSANE! Between that, and my yearly rent increasing by $300 at renewal I’m now paying $2900. Idk how it’s reasonable to charge new tenants less and then increasing the rent to force them to pay way more. A lot of people I’ve talked to aren’t looking to renew because of the absurd price jumps. They’re charging like this is a luxury place, when it clearly isn’t.

The loudness that many people have been having problems with has gotten a little better, although someone recently got a dog that sounds like a husky, and it keeps on barking at night. What really irritates me though is how they lure you in with a good price and then increase it an obscene amount. My rent went up by over $250 recently. And the conservice are nearly $200 a month now. If you’re wondering why there’s so many open apartments at a good price, that is why. Many people leave due to the rent increases and loud noises. Some of the new apartments are going for $500 less than I’m paying and I’ve only been here for two years. I don’t understand why they just don’t give tenants a reasonable increase..

I've had a terrible experience at this place. Multiple cars have been broken into in the past year and they didn't install new security cameras in the garage like they said they would. The guy in apt 222 will loudly cuss out his girlfriend and play super loud music at 2 am, multiple times a week. Multiple people have complained about him, but the manager has done nothing. If you're wondering why their are 11 vacant apartments, it is because a lot of tenents are sick and tired of the noise coming from some people and are fed up and are moving. That's on top of the ridiculous conservice bills, the price has been going up and up to now being almost $200 on top of rent. You're paying a lot only to not be able to sleep at night, and that is me living 3 apartments away from 222 while also sleeping with ear plugs, thats how loud he is.

My experience here has been terrible. The first manager I had, Alexis, promised all these upgrades when showing me the place and said we'd have a faster elevator and better gym. The elvator is so slow!!! So sometimes I take the stairs, but there's pee in the stair way usually at least once a week. The current manager is rarely in the office, there is no voicemail to the phone, and doesn't give out her email so it's impossible to reach her. Some people, especially the people in the 222 are super loud. I am 4 apartments away and can hear them. Multiple times they have been blasting music at 2 am and it wakes up the people on the 2nd floor and i'm sure the ones above and below. I have heard the guy loudly cuss out the woman that is living there and have heard them loudly fighting multiple times. Unfortunatley many people at this place lack common courtesy and decency.
