- JBJerome BrownAug 30, 20252.0I thought I got a really good deal on my apartment, only to realize why it was so cheap. I'm on the first floor and the people in 128 have a demon child that makes extremely loud grunting and screaming for HOURS at a time. The parents just leave the kid on the patio, honestly CPS should get involved. When that apartment isn't causing issues, the apartment on the 2nd floor is. The people in 222 BLAST music at night, sometimes as late a 3 am and then restart at 5 or 6 am sometimes. The former manager Alexis did nothing about it and told me all about the new renovations being planned, none of which happened. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the new manager seems much better and the maintenance staff is super solid. I'm just praying that those people get evicted which would make this place a 4 or 5 star review.

Apartment 128 has a 4-5 year old child that's left on the patio for most of the day and she SCREAMS at the top of her lungs for hours on end. I've seen Alexis walk by and do nothing about it. If it wasn't for that, the apartment would be significantly better.
