Artificial feel. Mature trees and owl habitats removed for tacky exercise equipment + dead grass painted green. Great location though!

Warning for New Buyers: Unresolved Warranty Issues Almost 2 Years Later
I closed on my home in the Central community in March 2024. While I am generally happy with the build quality, potential buyers should be aware of the warranty support. My service request for scratched windows has remained unresolved nearly two years later.
While Pulte replaced some windows, the windows requiring a lift for replacement have not been replaced. Despite my continued patience, communication has stalled and I have no timeline for the remaining work. I am posting this to remind prospective buyers that getting warranty items fully completed may require significant and persistent follow-up long after you move in. I look forward to Pulte providing a firm date for the final installation.
Edit: After reaching out to the email address provided, I was able to escalate the case. Things seem to be moving now. I am updating the review to 2/5. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

I recently visited The Heights in San Mateo as a potential buyer and was deeply disappointed by the service. While I previously had a fantastic experience with Celeste, the sales rep working this past Thursday/Friday Susie Hui was the complete opposite.
When I walked in, she was with someone else but stopped to simply stare at me without a smile or a greeting—I felt judged immediately. When we finally spoke, she was short, rude, and dismissive. In sales, you should treat every potential client with respect, regardless of your first impression. Her behavior was so off-putting that I didn’t even want to tour the homes. Pulte Homes should reconsider who they have as the ‘front person’ for this community, as she is currently costing them business.

Just moved in my new townhome this week. Couldn’t be more happy with my new home. Amazing financing available with a great team that helped guide the process of purchasing my new home. Celeste in the sales office is amazing and has been supportive along the home closing process. Bob Peterson, Building site manager, is always available to answer questions about the home. Great location, close to Major highways and shops. And one of the best school district neighborhoods in the Bay Area.
