  Having viewed one of the properties today with Helen (who, it seems, is clearly very friendly & good at her job) there is one clear problem than anyone reading this review needs to know. The heating is not controlled by the person living in the apartment. It’s on ALL the time during “colder” months. If you want to not be really hot then you have to pay even more for electricity costs & purchase aircon. How on gods green earth is this feasible? You can’t control your own heating? Madness. Otherwise the flat my wife & I looked at was about to be our next home.

  We’ve been here about six months and we’ve been really happy with the property. Helen is by far the best building manager either of us have ever had (I mean honestly, even in other “luxury” apartments have you ever seen another manager who is always in the office during open hours? She’s so easy to reach!), and the other staff are wonderful too. We’ve been impressed with how on top of regular maintenance they are—it’s clean, landscaped, and the few issues have always been dealt with proactively and quickly.
