- HGHoward GlenMay 14, 20251.0My experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the manager exhibited rude and bossy behavior, which made the visit uncomfortable. During our interaction, she often contradicted herself, saying one thing and then denying it later. This inconsistency added unnecessary confusion to the application process, making it overly complex. A manager's role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for potential tenants, and it’s clear that her approach is not conducive to this. I believe that a more professional and respectful attitude would greatly enhance the experience for future applicants. I hope the management team considers these aspects for the benefit of their tenants.

The property new manager Miriam Stoddard is very professional and nice. The location is wonderful and very quiet.
- GSG SSep 8, 20201.0One star is simply because of the great maintenance team, management team has no communication very confrontational body language and it almost seems like they're trying to pick a fight. Aggressive body language and choice of words in a place where you will be giving away most of your hard earn money seems a bit harsh. Moldy walls that are just painted over aswell as over populated apartments make it hard to find parking in the street. Inflated rent prices that seem to keep going up for no apparent reason and disrespectful management make this place a headache to deal with. Hope this helped good day!
