  Senor Bless is kind and patient on 4/1. The work order did not reflect my previous complaint submitted February 1st 2026 via email ever anddressed. On 3/23 I was served a Summons /eviction, on the same day I called leasing office to schedule appt work order for 4/1. Received a notice of Annual inspection on 3/27 for 3/30 The maintenance guy was kind enough to take pictures and give attention to my complaints after inspecting alarm and even offered to return to address my previous complaints. I am very dissatisfied in the lack of communication , safety , management, consistency and concern for tenants. I reside here 2 months COVID loss employment 2019 I am a senior in a studio . Thank you to Ms Linda who is retiring will be truly missed. I still have unaddressed issues in my unit! Rodents, mice/rats, plumbing, safety concerns (unlocked laundry room, inoperable machines etc

  Yikes. As soon as you enter the apartments you see those ugly yellow walls. Then as soon as you enter the office you smell that awful Oakland smell 😭🤢 . Run run run or the ugly roaches will get confortable around you

  (Had to resubmit post; initial review was missing first paragraph, the context of the review)* I had a maintenance request but it was more of a technicality. My mailbox was missing my last name and if there’s no name, the postal worker won’t leave any mail for unnamed apartment mail slot. I was expecting important documents that were time sensitive. Lesly Cordova was able to find a resolution immediately. Lesly also offered great information as to where to follow up regarding my mail and the post office responsible for our mailing zone. Although the exact post office was slightly in a different direction, when I shared the info for the specific post office Lesly received the feedback gracefully. Lesly Cordova is my favorite leasing consultant from Lakeside Apartments. To be fair, I’ve interacted with atleast 4 leasing consultants from Lakeside Apts. Lesly is the only staff who’s name and interaction was notably memorable. Mostly because she provides the highest quality service alongside a professional presence. She’s gifted with soft skills that are hard to train professionally but seems to come natural to her. Lesly’s grace and quality of communication is unmatched. I’ve overheard other leasing agents interacting with tenants as well as talking amongst themselves (didn’t mean to ear hustle but their voices carry into the adjacent room, not very subtle). Those experiences solidified my belief that I was blessed to work with Lesly Cordova, she treats every tenant/prospective tenant with dignity! For any future tenants, if you’re lucky enough to interact with Lesly, know you are working with the best Lakeside Village has to offer! Genuinely the MVP of Lakeside Apts leasing consultants team!

  Maintenance guy came a little early, and fixed everything quickly! Which was great because I got To run my errands earlier than I expected!
