  All credit goes to Erica, the Manager for my transition to my new home being smooth, effortless, without any problems or complications. Erica is extremely knowledgeable as a leasing manager, seamless, efficient and she was very thorough throughout the overall process. Appreciative, grateful and very thankful I chose Summerhill Terrace.

  Erica was very professional. She was patient with me and answered any questions I had about the application process and the apartment, which was really nice and almost everything I wanted🙂

  Thank you Candy for your good customer service Communication thank you for answering my questions and thank you for the tour. The application processing was smooth. I can’t wait to enjoy my new cozy home. I know the kids are going to enjoy it. Thank You Thank You Candy. I also forgot about Erica, thank you for the walk-through thank you for helping me out and thanks to all for your kindness and helping me and my family we are very happy.

  Huge thank you to Erica and Candy for all of their assistance with getting me approved and completing my lease signing. There was a brief delay while staffing was short, but Candy stepped in and helped tremendously. I truly appreciate BOTH of their diligence and support throughout this process, and I can’t wait to move in.

  We absolutely love our apartment — it’s spacious and will be perfect for our baby arriving May of next year! I especially appreciate the high kitchen faucet; it’s so convenient not having to bend at the waist to wash my face, and it adds such a luxurious touch. The gated community is also a really nice feature that makes us feel safe and at ease. We’re very happy here and plan to stay for a long time. Erica has also been amazing — so kind, responsive, and helpful!
