  Jessie is a very attentive, understanding and strong manager. Since she took over, she's really worked to tighten up the community for everyone's safety and comfortability. When I had an after hours emergency with the unit, she immediately followed up and the maintenance man was there within 10 minutes.

  I have a good experience living in Marina haven apartment especially when we met Jessie. She helped us a lot when we moved in. Easily approachable and very professional. She always make sure that the place is clean. When we have concerns she always make sure to resolve it. She is perfect in this job and we couldn’t thank her enough with everything.

  I would like to thank Jessie Rodriguez, the manager at The Marina Haven Apartments in San Leandro, CA. She was knowledgeable about the paperwork & everything else that needed to be completed before my move-in could be finalized. During the process of completing all the necessary steps Jessie always responded to my text messages & emails quickly & always able to give me the help or information that I was requiring about. Jessie was patient when things took longer then expected. Jessie made my experience moving from a Studio into a beautiful 2 bedroom an easier transition because of all her help. Thank you Jessie !   New property management for Marina Haven Apartments is exactly what this place needed. Property Mgr Francisca has been outstanding. Her customer service has been beyond my expectations, she has been very prompt to answer any of my questions or address any issues. Francisca is always welcoming with such a great attitude it’s always a pleasure to deal with.
