  I have been living here for less than one year 6 months into living on these premises, I started to notice mold in my bathroom. I immediately wiped it down with bleach and within 3 days it was back. I notified management back in July of 2025 only to later find out that for almost 2 months we did not have a property management staff person because she was fired which was Marsha at that time. August 26th I called the office and this is when I found out by temporary staff person from an agency who was very rude and unprofessional that Marsha and the maintenance has been fired. I then went into the office to voice my concerns about the mold in which finally in September the district Manager Brittany Marquez and the new property manager Tosca came to my unit with some maintenance person who was not a mold inspector. Brittany knocked on the wall and stated the wall was not soft so there was no mold under the surface. I have been going back and forth with the district manager and property manager trying to get this issue resolved. Me and my son have been experiencing bad headaches and respiratory problems which is believed to be contributed to the mold. It is now November 3rd 2025 and I have had enough. I have secured more suitable and healthier living conditions. But Linvale Townhomes are refusing to release me from my lease. I have had nothing but unresolved maintenance issues since I have lived at this place. They are slumlords and do not take care of the property on top of that they charge $75 for a makeshift garage that when it rains the garage gets standing water in it and vines growing in the garage in which was another unresolved maintenance request from May 2025nhomes by Mikki T.:
