From the start, she was most responsive always following up with me and returning my calls quickly, which made a huge difference during what was a new and sometimes stressful process for me. What really stood out is how patient she was; I asked a lot of questions (sometimes the same ones more than once), yet she was very patient with me and she never made me feel rushed. She took the time to explain everything clearly until I was completely comfortable moving forward and she never rushed me to do anything. Overall, Bridget made the entire experience feel smooth, transparent, and much less intimidating. She actually didn’t even ask me to write review, I offered to do it myself. I would absolutely recommend working with Bridget to anyone looking for a reliable and patient mortgage professional.
