    I am extremely dissatisfied with Vista’s handling of a billing issue. I was charged a $30 NSF fee even though my rent payment was successfully processed and cleared. The issue appears to have been caused by a limitation in Vista’s payment system, where a recurring payment could not be canceled once triggered, forcing me to submit a one-time payment for the same amount to make sure my rent was paid on time. I explained this clearly multiple times by text and followed up again and again, but instead of actually addressing the problem, I kept receiving generic, automated responses but even after a full week, no real solution was provided. No one took real ownership of the issue, no one gave a meaningful explanation, and no one made any real effort to resolve it. This is extremely frustrating. When residents raise a legitimate billing concern and provide clear context, the least management can do is review it properly and respond like actual human beings, not hide behind canned messages and avoid responsibility. Vista’s customer service has been unresponsive, dismissive, and completely ineffective in this situation. I should not have to send repeated messages just to be ignored. Very disappointed with how poorly this was handled.

    Unfortunately, my experience with the manager Nancy Arreola at Vista Park Apartments has been extremely negative. She takes advantage of her position and acts as if she were the owner of the property, making decisions that are unfair and beyond her authority. While all tenants are only allowed one parking space and must pay extra for an additional space, she uses four apartments located near hers for her family. Meanwhile, the rest of the tenants are forced to park far away, even though we all pay rent that is not cheap. This is completely unfair and an abuse of her authority. Additionally, there is at least one family whose apartment was taken from them without proper justification. She claimed it was due to “noise,” however, this is completely false. She later refused to renew this family’s lease, which raises serious concerns and gives the impression that she may be trying to make the apartment available for one of her own relatives. Furthermore, the property urgently needs fumigation. There are multiple apartments with cockroach infestations, which is anti-hygienic and poses serious health risks to residents. This issue has not been properly addressed. I respectfully request that the property owners take action and conduct a formal investigation into her actions, speaking directly with all tenants, so they can fully understand how the property is being managed and how her behavior affects the community. This situation has created an unfair living environment and a serious lack of trust among residents. If someone is taking advantage of their position, action needs to be taken.
