  Service technician Dave was outstanding. He not only completed the four items on our service request, but also took care of additional issues that needed attention. He was timely, professional, and very respectful throughout the entire process. You definitely need more people like him, and after six years of living here, changes and service like this are exactly what I appreciate seeing. , he truly deserves recognition—if not a raise. I also want to thank Mahan for promptly processing the order. Keep up the improvements and credible staffing it makes the difference!!

  I have been dealing with an ongoing pest issue since October 2025, and despite recent multiple treatments, the infestation is still active. I am currently experiencing roaches crawling on me while I am in bed at night, which has made it extremely difficult to sleep or feel safe in my own home. I have sent multiple urgent emails and made phone calls today requesting immediate assistance, especially given that I am currently pregnant, and have received no response. While management previously acknowledged that the conditions are “not acceptable,” there has been no follow-through or action taken to address the situation. At this point, I am extremely concerned about the lack of urgency and communication regarding a serious habitability issue.

  *literally have to edit this because WTH!! SO MANY OTHER REVIEWS WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEMS! Bugs, poor management, homeless everywhere outside of the building, disgusting stairwells, super loud outside always of people fighting or car horns. I literally won’t ever give out a 1 star review…however, since the day I moved in here, I’ve had SO many issues with the amount of cockroaches. Like seriously ??? Almost 2.6k for a 1bd 1bth, and it’s legit infested. I cannot be the only person with this issue. Mind you, my boyfriend and I, keep our apartment very clean. But everyday!! I find roaches coming out from the pipes of the sink, holes in the wall, bathroom sink. What is even crazier is that we’ve had our apartment sprayed for pests not once, not twice, but three times! This is SO ridiculous but there’s nothing I can do with getting out of this lease without getting penalized so will have to wait out 6 more months of this. For what this place is worth, this is just not it and I would avoid living here.

  Recently the apartment has improved. They are making changes and its getting better.
