  Stayed here for a year. I was happy to find a clean and pretty apartment when moving in, but eventually it turned to a nightmare when moving out. The office did the final inspection without notice although the resident had asked to be there in person. Then they just charged you the done work without notice or agreement from resident. If you are ready to lose your deposit, go and rend it.

  The garbage disposal was was full of food scraps and I just moved into my new apartment which is lovely the whole thing was my bad but Monday morning I called the office and asked for help and maintenance worker can and fixed the problem and everything is working perfectly great job and well done

  Do anyone lost the package again? A lot of package be unpacked. Property management seems doesn’t care about this.

  DON'T live here. Living experience is fine, but they rip off your money when moving out. I had to pay double my security deposit. No money returned, and had so much to pay for "move out cleaning fees". My place was completely clean - even personally hired a cleaning person before moving out - but they dumped these fees on me.
