  Great experience with Provident Real Estate Services for many decades, with consistent quality services thru the years for our properties. Always had very well screened and long term reliable tenants. Any issues were dealt with diligently, prompt and well kept in the loop. Properties were well maintained and serviced by professional and responsive teams. Very comprehensive financial reports are provided monthly and annually. Great turn-key hands-off and reliable property management company. Highly recommended.

  FRAUD PEOPLE. They take multiple applicants and collect the application fee ($35 each). Despite of having good credit score, we didn't get the property. We just wasted time and money ( $105). Please stay away from these people and look their Yelp reviews before applying.
