  Moved my mom in a little over 2 weeks ago, and have been very pleased with the whole process. From our first visits with Ling, Naoko and the General Manager, Joyce they have treated my mom and my whole family with love and respect. Then after move-in the staff has been very helpful, with a special shout out to the Finance Manager, Will. The staff in the residence dinning hall have been very courteous and they give great support and service to the residence. They have many different activities for the residence of the facility, some of which my mom has already taken advantage of. If your looking for great senior care, please lookup Novell Senior Living and give them a visit.

  I recently moved to Novelle, and I’m very happy with my decision. The entire staff is incredibly warm and caring, making me feel at home right away. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the management team—they were absolutely wonderful and made the whole moving process smooth and easy. Another highlight is the dining experience. The food is always fresh, and the menu changes regularly. I especially appreciate the variety, including Asian dishes. Everything is delicious, with plenty of choices each day. I would also like to highlight the exercise program. With three classes offered daily, it fits everyone’s schedule very well. The activity room is bright and spacious, and I enjoy playing Mahjong there with friends and fellow residents. Overall, this is a wonderful community, and I highly recommend it!

  Novelle has welcomed my mother with such a comforting warm embrace! The staff is so friendly and courteous! Our family is very happy we found Novelle to privide a fabulous assisted living environment!

  Posted review: My father moved to Novelle in January, and his experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The food is excellent, and the ambience is inviting. The spacious rooms, complete with in-unit washers and dryers, full-size kitchens, and walk-in closets, are simply spectacular. What truly sets Novelle apart, though, is the staff. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I want to give a special shout-out to Joyce, the facility director. She is a gracious individual who exhibits a great deal of compassion. Also, Ling, who was our initial contact, was incredibly helpful during our tour of the facility. Her support in planning logistics and her quick responses made the transition seamless. Overall, the entire team has been fantastic, and the positive energy of this place is palpable as soon as you walk in. Having lived in two other senior living communities, I can confidently say that this has been the best experience by far. I highly recommend Novelle to anyone seeking a warm, caring, and modern environment to call home.

  We haven’t moved our parents in yet but from the multiple tours and meetings with staff that we have had so far, we are very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and care they have shown our family in this stressful and challenging time. Shout out to Ling and Joice for all the time they’ve spent with us. Looking forward to moving our parents in soon.
