    Since Waterton took over Mizura, the improvement has been night and day. Stephanie has been outstanding ,professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can feel the difference in how things are managed now. Maintenance is smoother, communication is better, and everything just runs the way it should. I also want to mention Miles, one of the newer team members — always welcoming everyone with a great smile and positive attitude. It really adds to the experience. I recently moved from one apartment to another within the complex, and Stephanie made the whole process easy and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. For the first time in a while, it actually feels like management cares about the people living here. Highly recommend.

    The change in management at Misora has been a total breath of fresh air. Waterton clearly has a lot of pride in this building, which is a massive shift from the way things were under Greystar. The community manager, Stephanie, is a total 180 from Sherry. While the previous manager was impossible to reach, Stephanie is actually present and responsive. She genuinely seems to care about finding real solutions and always has a smile on her face. On the maintenance side, Jesus has been incredible. He finally fixed a repair that the previous team had been unsuccessfully "fixing" for three years. It is finally working correctly because he took the time to do it right instead of just applying a temporary patch. He is always friendly and ready to help. It finally feels like the residents here are being heard and prioritized.

    Living at Misora has undergone a significant transformation since Waterton took over management a few months ago. The difference in day to day operations is night and day compared to the previous Greystar team. The most noticeable improvement is the level of professional communication. For the first time, office staff actually answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly. It is incredibly refreshing to have a management team that maintains open lines of communication, providing updates that were previously nonexistent. The commitment to genuine repairs rather than temporary fixes is clear. A standout example is the pool heater, which had been broken for years but was finally repaired by the new team. When issues arise now, there is an immediate attempt to find a permanent solution rather than just applying a band-aid. It is also wonderful to see Myles back on the property. Having a familiar, reliable face return has added a great sense of stability and community. While there is still room for improvement, specifically regarding the EV charging stations, the team has been transparent about this being a work in progress. Given the positive changes seen so far, there is a genuine sense of trust that they will follow through on these upgrades. Overall, the new management has brought a much-needed positive energy to Santana Row living.

    Rented a place few weeks ago. I had some maintenance items in the first week and Jesus and Malik handled it with high professionalism and courtesy ! It was a great experience overall !
