  I’ve had so many problems with this complex and I honestly hate it. They are extremely rude, especially the manager, Janelle. I’ve been there several times, the last time being just four days ago, and even though I provided every single document they asked for regarding the sticker, they kept coming at me with disrespectful and dismissive responses. I’ve had numerous issues and I deeply regret ever dealing with them. I truly wish the management would change and that more humane, decent people would take over.

  Don’t rent at The Woods Apartments — surprise charges and broken promises I rarely leave reviews, but this place earned it. When moving out, we specifically asked if we could clean the apartment ourselves to avoid being charged cleaning fees. The staff said it was fine — so we spent hours deep-cleaning everything and even used a professional carpet shampoo vacuum to make sure it looked spotless. A few weeks later, the move-out statement showed hundreds of dollars in “cleaning” and “carpet cleaning” charges anyway. They also tacked on new barcode stickers that we simply couldn’t remove, which we told them about and they said its fine. It honestly feels like they just find ways to eat up your deposit no matter what you do. We did everything right — paid rent on time, left the place cleaner than when we moved in — and still got hit with unfair charges. If you value honesty or transparency, look somewhere else. The Woods looks decent from the outside, but once you move out, you’ll see their real business model. And that not to mention their terrible security which they changed 5 times since we lived there.

  Tuve un incidente grave dentro de la urbanización: los cauchos (llantas) de mi camioneta fueron dañados y explotaron dentro del área residencial. Reporté el hecho a la administración esperando apoyo, pero su única respuesta fue decirme que llamara a la policía, sin mostrar ningún interés en investigar, dar seguimiento o ofrecer una solución al problema ocurrido dentro del propio condominio. Me parece una falta total de responsabilidad y empatía por parte de la administración. Como residente, uno espera seguridad, apoyo y al menos una gestión mínima frente a un acto de vandalismo dentro de la propiedad. No recomiendo esta administración por su falta de atención, compromiso y sentido de comunidad.

  Just know that the prices on their website arent correct. They are just to get you through the door and then they tell you that the units are actually 400 dollars more per month.

  Don’t lease here unless you’re okay with being misled, taken advantage of, and constantly worrying about your safety. Management is friendly while you’re signing the lease, but when real problems show up, they look the other way. Security can’t be relied on—they’re more focused on towing cars than keeping residents safe. Expect constant plumbing issues that damage the apartment, and when you move out, they’ll pin the blame on you and keep your deposit.
