    Moved in 10 months ago. Love the size of the apartment especially for the rent asked for. Management is great Araceli has returned any calls within a hour and has sent maintenence within a hour of me calling both times I needed something done. Greg the maintenance supervisor is very friendly and takes pride in his job. I have zero complaints with my experience so far.

    This place was nice when I first moved in. Then it got new ownership and all went down hill. They stopped doing maintenance check ups, people park in our lot or even block it and nothing happens. Its awful. Once the rent went up it was time to go. That place was not worth it. Oh and when I moved they tried to lie and say I never gave a deposit? What apt in the bay area does not ask for a deposit. I had to pull up my lease from 2018 to prove it. Lol. Trash. They delete bad reviews as well. Check yelp

    This apartment is one of the best I have lived in. The location is fantastic, in a great neighborhood near a bunch of parks. The staff is incredible and attentive, if there is a problem, it is fixed right away. Feels like home.

    I’ve lived here for over two years and I’m very happy here. The neighborhood is pleasant and feels very safe. Very convenient distance from grocery stores and other shops. A short drive to downtown Willow Glen. The inside of my apartment has been renovated and has modern finishings. Property management has been great. Maria works for our apartment and tends to any requests quickly. This has been the best apartment I’ve lived in.

    Lots of noise in the evening as the building walls are quite thin and lack sound isolation. On top of that, you could frequently sense a strong marijuana smell that may have an adverse effect on your health.
