  Its sad to say that this place is not a good place to live especially when issues are reported and the team does not take any action, protocols are not followed, mold reported is not handled in the right way, they blame us for issues with poor insulation on walls, ceiling windows and entry door, we had to move out because the living condition was not safe, opening the windows for several hours everyday is not the best way to fix mold problems.The management wants to charge us for mold remediation even when this is not a negligence from our side. We can see a lot of windows from outside that have condensation and this means that there is an issue with the building. I hope more people can write their experience and make the management, leasing and the service team to be more professional on the job they do.

  This is by far the best apartment complex i have ever seen. Alexis was awesome and very helpful in all my queries. The amenities : Gym, pool, fireplace etc. are all wonderful! Highly recommended

  Terrible management. When you move in, they charge for things that were already damaged, and they don't send information. The current manager doesn't answer emails, and neither do their assistants. If you're thinking of moving there, run!

  Mr. Vicente Soto fulfilled his duties regarding the apartment's needs; he is undoubtedly a hardworking employee and a trustworthy person. Thank you Mr. Vicente Soto, maintenance man.

  HUGO TOLD ME I WOULD BE GETTING MY HOLDING DEPOSIT BACK ITS BEEN A WEEK AND ALL I GOT WAS A DAM LETTER IN HANDWRITING SAYING A REFUND WAS ISSUED I WOULDNT LIVE HERE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO CALL HOME SHADY UPPER MANGEMENT
