  Do anyone lost the package again? A lot of package be unpacked. Property management seems doesn’t care about this.

  DON'T live here. Living experience is fine, but they rip off your money when moving out. I had to pay double my security deposit. No money returned, and had so much to pay for "move out cleaning fees". My place was completely clean - even personally hired a cleaning person before moving out - but they dumped these fees on me.

  Echoing what the last three reviewers also mentioned. We had a good time staying here. But more than 2 years later I received a letter from a debt collector (IQ Data International) saying that I owe Sofi Riverview money. Now, I will have to spend time proving to the debt collector that I don't owe Sofi Riverview money. Thankfully, I have all the receipts and an email conversation with them to prove it. Also, the management keeps on changing (maybe that's the reason for the erroneous debt collection notices?)

  Used to be good. But the change in the Management company resulted in many chaos. They even filed a case on me with a debt collecting agency claiming I have an outstanding amount one year after I moved out. I did pay the owed amount before moving out and I have proof of payment, they did not even bother to double check, instead they just file with the debt collector directly. Now I have to deal with this 💩 which is huge waste of my time

  I lived at Sofi Riverview Park and had a terrible experience. One night, a random person tried to break into our apartment, which made us feel completely unsafe. When we reported this and decided to move out early for our own safety, the management team showed zero empathy — they refused to provide any refund or reasonable help. Even worse, after we moved out and paid all outstanding balances in full, they later sent my information to a debt collection agency for an amount I do not owe. I had to spend time and effort proving that I already paid. This property is poorly managed, unsafe, and untrustworthy. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Be extremely careful — they will charge you unfairly and ignore your safety concerns.
