  It’s a cozy apartment complex with great amenities: outdoor pool, gym, grilling area - all clean and private. The landscaping is well designed and creates a peaceful welcoming atmosphere. Management is exceptionally friendly and understanding. The community is well maintained, quiet, and secure—a truly beautiful gated place to live.

  This community is truly something special, beautifully designed, surrounded by nature, and filled with caring neighbors who make it feel like home. My mother and I had the joy of living here for two years, and during that time we always felt welcomed, safe, and supported. Every concern or request we had was met with kindness and prompt attention. Sofi’s maintenance team made sure everything was taken care of with care and efficiency. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Sonia and Leo for their incredible support in making our stay not just comfortable, but memorable. Because of them, and the warmth of this community, our time here became more than just a place to live—it became a beloved chapter of our lives. We’ll always cherish the memories, the people we met, and the wonderful amenities that made every day brighter. This community will always hold a special place in our hearts.

  My dad has been here for about two years and loves it. Clean, well-kept community with lots of greenery. The staff is super friendly—Sonia and Leon have been especially helpful with the lease paperwork. Highly recommend.

  2.23.26 short update: I'm about to move out in a few days but wanted to give a quick update that I'm bumping it up to four stars because they fixed the noise issues. Will update later after I move out. 3.23.25 update: Bumping three stars off in hopes of creating change. Over the last few summers, I've seen teenagers and Latino families jump the fence to use the pool and grill almost daily. They're very loud, don't abide by pool rules (jumping in with their jeans and shirts), and aren't even supposed to be here in the first place. They frequent so often that the people who actually pay to live here don't feel comfortable in using the pool! Security comes when called, but they can only do so much. When one party leaves another shows up just hours later. Sometimes when the kids get bored, they start exploring the neighborhood like it's a McDonald's play place.. I hope SoFi comes with a more permanent strategy to keep out non-residents instead of just applying pressure to the manager and security team. There needs to be a more permanent solution.
