  Very good job done! They replaced our old dryer which had been working on and off. Work was done fast & as always, maintenance are nice & respectful.

  Coming Home After 8 Years - Still the Best Decision I lived at this community years ago before leaving for college, and after 8 years away, I recently returned to San Jose and decided to tour the property again. I’m so glad I did. The amenities, community atmosphere, apartments, and location are everything I remembered - but even better. Walking through felt like reconnecting with an old friend. Everything has been well-maintained and thoughtfully updated. What truly made this experience special was the staff. To my surprise, Ariane, who worked in the office when I left 8 years ago, is still there! Both she and her colleague greeted me with genuine smiles. Within minutes, Ariane actually remembered who I was and even recalled my old unit number. That kind of personal touch and dedication is incredibly rare.It’s clear this isn’t just a job for them - they truly care about their residents and creating a real sense of community. I can’t wait to move back in and be part of this community again. If you’re looking for a place that combines great amenities with genuine care and a true sense of home, I recommend Rosewalk!

  I have lived here at Rosewalk for 6+ years now and I am so very happy with this community. It is so close to the Lucky store, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase bank, CVS and also the light rail. The apartment is spacious and have a full size washer/dryer. The maintenance crew is awesome and the leasing team is the best especially Sabrina and Ariana.
