The construction of our unit was excellent. High quality. And the followup for all of the minor issues associated with new construction was outstanding. Jose was very responsive. We are very happy with our new home. AND the location is awesome, one block from Santana Row!

We've been in our new Pulte home for a year now, and for the most part, we are happy with the house itself. The build quality is solid.
However, the major reason we can't give a higher rating is the delay and lack of communication regarding the community amenities, specifically Orchard Park. When we bought our home, this park was a selling point.
We would recommend Pulte for the quality of their buildings, but we'd caution buyers to be wary of promises made about amenities and their HOA management.

Pulte has failed to construct and open the park, it’s been over 3 years. Don’t believe them if they tell you the park is opening soon.

Appreciate the friendly staff - very professional and accommodating. The models I looked at were not ideal for me personally but they were nicely put together. More help is needed in the sales office; it was a bit chaotic.
