- RRRJul 22, 20253.0We've been in our new Pulte home for a year now, and for the most part, we are happy with the house itself. The build quality is solid. However, the major reason we can't give a higher rating is the delay and lack of communication regarding the community amenities, specifically Orchard Park. When we bought our home, this park was a selling point. We would recommend Pulte for the quality of their buildings, but we'd caution buyers to be wary of promises made about amenities and their HOA management.
