  I can’t say enough great things about Nancy and Loveseat homes. I was selling my mom’s home, and it was important that we got a great price and the sale closed quickly. Nancy rose to the challenge and made the process seamless. Nancy made all the details that I stressed about melt away. From helping me dispose of unwanted items to beautifully preparing the home for sale, she dealt with it all. She also found the perfect buyer for the property. It was an utterly seamless process I would recommend Nancy without hesitation for your real estate needs, Nancy is awesome.

  We’ve worked with Nancy Reynolds twice now to purchase a home in San Jose years ago and recently to purchase one in Saratoga. Both times she has been absolutely amazing. For our first home, she ensured we understood what the process would be and what to expect and patiently answered ANY questions we had. She has consistently been a wealth of knowledge about real estate that helped us make the best selections for our family. She is consistently on top of everything, efficient, easy to contact, easy to work with and most importantly a really kind and ethical human. This time we also had the pleasure of working with Julia on her team who was equally wonderful. We’re now going to use Nancy again to sell our previous home and already she’s been a wealth of knowledge with great contacts to help prep our property. I’d highly, highly recommend working with Nancy!

  It was such a pleasure to work with Nancy (and her husband Chris!) and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home! I found out about Nancy when she sent a ‘mini property report’ packet to my former condo in South San Jose, listing details about my home, the sales price of homes that she had recently represented in my neighborhood and offered her services to me if I decided to sell in the future. I’ve received fliers, junk mail and even cold calls from other realtors but the packet was a very distinguished touch! When I finally chose to sell my home in September of 2024, I remembered the packet and gave Nancy a call. She met me at my condo to discuss the options and I decided that I would wait a few months before moving forward. She was very accommodating with this timeline, while in the meantime she also started her new brokerage, Loveseat Homes. We reconvened in February of 2025 to start the listing process and she gave me a ’to-do list’ to prepare my home for sale as well as a milestone schedule for the listing prep. This was very helpful because I was traveling extensively at the time and allowed me to prioritize during my brief visits to the Bay Area. Nancy was extremely communicative through each step, sending detailed messages via group text with other involved parties and would also email when information from my end was needed. Finally, the condo was staged and listed in various places including Zillow of which Nancy was a ‘showcase’ realtor and her listings were promoted. I loved how she advertised the Open Houses and offered free food and treats to potential buyers who walked through. Her, the stager Jason, and her media team made the condo look more incredible than I could have ever imagined in the marketing materials. She also incorporated my desired list price and while only a handful of offers came in, I accepted one with an appraisal contingency. Though the waiting game was a bit nerve-wracking, with Nancy's help, everything cleared on schedule and the condo sold in March 2025 for a value that I was more than happy with. I was amazed by Nancy’s motherly yet professional demeanor throughout the whole process and how she kept things moving along expeditiously! You deserve a caring, knowledgable and efficient advocate like Nancy to help navigate the major undertaking of a home sale so give her a call when you’re ready and you’ll be in the best hands!
