  I worked with Nancy and her team for a couple months looking at properties in San Jose. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. We looked at multiple properties together and I was able to learn a lot about what I was looking for with her help. Once we found a property that matched what we wanted, she and her team worked hard to make sure we understood what we were getting into, reviewed the documents with us, and helped us with the entire buying process. Working with Nancy was great and even after we finished working together, she has continued being very responsive and helpful!

  We are so grateful to have had Nancy Reynolds from Loveseat Homes help us sell our single family home in Santa Clara in February 2025. Nancy was referred to us as a South Bay Area expert, with many years of experience in the unique real estate market this is the Bay Area. We felt confident in working with Nancy right away: she clearly knew the area and the market, she was highly organized, and she was personable and easy to talk to. Nancy did a great job providing us with information to help us make the best decisions about when to sell, how much to price our house, and what updates could bring good returns. She was always available to answer our questions, including evenings or weekends. When it came time to sign a contract with Nancy, we were very impressed with the strategic timeline she presented to us, including the best season to put our house on the market, and an invaluable “budget tracker” of potential updates, bids, and maintenance/repairs/updates for the home, prior to sale. No pressure, no sales pitches. We often deferred to her expertise with complete confidence. Nancy gave us total control about what we wanted, and was also happy to take care of the details when our own schedules or knowledge were limited. Everything happened on schedule, with amazing results, and under budget! Nancy coordinated every step of the process, which let us feel relaxed and excited about the process instead of stressed and anxious! Thanks to Nancy's excellent marketing, hosting open houses, and private viewings, our home drew lots of interest, and several strong offers. Nancy helped us hold realistic expectations, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the different offers. We were very pleased with the final sale, and Nancy’s hard work make the closing process smooth and efficient. When we buy our next property we will absolutely reach out to Nancy again. Her extensive knowledge, hard work ethic, and warm connection make her really stand out in a crowded and intensely competitive real estate market. Thank you Nancy!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this individual. Her lack of transparency and trustworthiness has made me hesitant to recommend her. "Since Google won’t allow me to reply directly to your response, I would like to add the following to my previous review: 'Based on your response, it seems that many others have been affected by your poor real estate ethics. Fortunately, my experience with you was limited to just one interaction, not two. It seems you may have confused me with other clients. I strongly recommend revisiting the principles of real estate ethics once more!'"

  I am giving Nancy 5 stars because there is no option of giving her 8,730,491 stars. She gets all the stars. She helped us sell our single-family house in the South County area, and her service was spectacular. She advised us on how to prep the house for sale and then managed the entire process - hiring contractors to do painting and modifications, getting a dumpster and hauling company to clean out junk, bringing in a stager to spiffy the place up, and holding an open house. During part of the process she was traveling out of the country and she *still picked up the phone* when we called with questions. Our house sold in 8 days. Yes, 8 days from listing to closing. I didn't think that was even possible. If you are looking for a great real estate agent, just hire Nancy. Don't even wait, just do it. You will thank me for this.
