  Rented a place few weeks ago. I had some maintenance items in the first week and Jesus and Malik handled it with high professionalism and courtesy ! It was a great experience overall !

  Leased a new apartment at Misora, and my experience so far has been great. A huge shoutout to Nick Tran from the leasing office. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, conducting a very thorough move-in inspection with me. He is patient, professional, and always responds to my questions in a timely manner, which made the transition very smooth. The maintenance team also deserves praise—they are efficient, clean, and get things fixed or replaced without any hassle. As for the living environment, the apartment is perfectly situated to offer a "quiet in the midst of noise" vibe. While there is occasionally some lively street music on the weekends, the windows and doors have amazing soundproofing. And it remains very quiet on weekdays and at night. The only area that needs improvement is the package delivery system. It seems the building doesn’t have a streamlined layout or clear instructions for couriers yet. Currently, only Amazon seems to be able to deliver successfully to the lockers. For other carriers, drivers often can't find their way, leading to constant phone calls or packages being left randomly at various doors. I hope management can provide better guidance or signage for delivery personnel soon. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice so far

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Carla, the manager at Misora Apartments in Santana Row. From day one, she has gone above and beyond in every possible way. She is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she is also genuinely kind, patient, and truly cares about the residents and the community she manages. Any time I’ve had a question, concern, or needed assistance, she has been extremely responsive and proactive. She handles everything with grace, efficiency, and a positive attitude, making the entire living experience feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a manager who listens, follows through, and makes you feel heard. Carla does all of that and more. What really sets Carla apart is her dedication. She treats the property as if it were her own and consistently ensures that everything runs seamlessly. Whether it’s communication, organization, or problem-solving, she excels at all of it. Her leadership truly shows in how well-maintained and welcoming Misora Apartments feels. Living at Santana Row is already a great experience, but having someone like her managing Misora elevates it to another level. She creates a sense of community and trust that makes residents feel valued and comfortable calling this place home. If you’re considering living at Misora Apartments, know that you’ll be in incredible hands with Carla as the manager. She is an absolute asset to this property, and I’m truly grateful for everything she does. Highly, highly recommend!

  WORST EXPERIENCE THEY WOULD LIE TO YOU. BEFORE MOVED IN 1. Blind is black out..... It is not when you move in you found out 2. Don't worry Amazon will bring the package to your door..... Amazon doesn't know where to get the key to do that they call you, multiple packages rescheduled and stolen Thanks all specially Monika for doing whatever it takes including lies to me into singing the contract
