One thing that is really important to us is a prompt response. Julia excels at answering questions fast with the relevant information. When we had problems with the paperwork generated from other institutions, she was on the case immediately, and the issue was resolved. We love our house in our residential neighborhood of downtown San Jose. As the house we are selling is only a mile away from our new house, we knew the Neighbourhood quite well.
