  I was browsing the web looking into homes, and came across Julia's profile and decided to reach out to her. I am completely new to the housing market and just needed to start getting more information, so I decided to reach out to someone. Julia responded very quickly, and she gave me a call. She provided information and resources to help point me in the right direction of what I was looking for, which was so nice of her.   I’m writing this for behalf of my parents: Julia was outstanding in everything she did. She always went the extra mile, above and beyond. Julia walked my parents through the entire process from start to finish so they would know what to expect. She was a project manager juggling all of the contractors schedules and getting them paid. She even got them to meet their deadlines. She created a binder of all receipts which is needed for tax purposes but also generated an electronic version. The house was staged beautifully and out on the market on schedule. She explained the offer process and once an offer was accepted, assisted them with the closing and the Title Company’s needs. Our family would recommend Julia for any of your real estate needs.

  I am a fellow Realtor, who has had the recent pleasure of working with Julia. To put this woman's professionalism into perspective- I received 7 over asking offers on my listing. Julia's was not the highest, but it offered the best terms taking into account t my clients needs, her willingness to advocate for her clients, communication, proactively was more than my clients or I could have dreamed of. The transaction went seamlessly and I am still left disappointed with any other agent interaction. She is hard to top. Anyone would be lucky to work with Julia, or hire her to buy/sell their home.
