As a resident, I am disappointed with the cavalier attitude of Pulte toward opening the Orchard Park, which is supposed to have been done by December 31, 2025 but now is indefinitely being extended.

Pulte has failed to construct and open the park, it’s been over 3 years. Don’t believe them if they tell you the park is opening soon.
Response to “KH”:
Apologies are inadequate at this point. 3 years is too long to wait for this park to open, and the sales team was never transparent with prospective buyers about the expected completion timeline, or the fact that a December 31st 2025 completion deadline has existed since 2021.
If you told me that deadline date 3 years ago, I would not have purchased my home here, and I’m sure many other buyers were misled in a similar manner.
Second edit:
It’s been 3 more months since my review, still no park. Despite “KH” promising to “update me” on the park status, I’ve not received a single update. Just more Pulte lies.

Stephen Whitlock the sales consultant was extremely arrogant and pretentious. I was very put off by his aggressive and condescending behavior and decided to not purchase a home in this development. Pulte Homes you are loosing millions of dollars by this poor hiring choice. This individual is not fit to be in a client facing role.
