Response to “KH”: Apologies are inadequate at this point. 3 years is too long to wait for this park to open, and the sales team was never transparent with prospective buyers about the expected completion timeline, or the fact that a December 31st 2025 completion deadline has existed since 2021. If you told me that deadline date 3 years ago, I would not have purchased my home here, and I’m sure many other buyers were misled in a similar manner. Second edit: It’s been 3 more months since my review, still no park. Despite “KH” promising to “update me” on the park status, I’ve not received a single update. Just more Pulte lies.

I was very put off by his aggressive and condescending behavior and decided to not purchase a home in this development. Pulte Homes you are loosing millions of dollars by this poor hiring choice.
