  The leasing office is not responsible at all when multiple complaints have been submitted regarding neighbor apartment making noise and playing loud music day and night, making it extremely hard to sleep and causing damage to physical and mental health. The office would just tell you to call police and shrugs off their responsibility for noise control, which is also illegal. I am also deeply concerned that bad consequence would be caused if people have to get into more conflicts due to this kind of irresponsible management.

  I moved out last year and the leasing agent said they will mail me my deposit and never heard from them.

  We’ve been living there for 4 years and absolutely loved it. The stuff is nice and responsive, the maintenance team is great (was always taking care on the same or the next day). They’re really taking good care about the outdoor area, plants and lawn. There’s a security patrol on every night. Also they were hosting many events with the gifts and snacks. Very friendly place. The location is really convenient for everything you need.
