  Carrie & Daunielle are the best! Carrie helped us buy our first home in 2012 and we've bought and sold other properties with her and Daunielle since. Carrie and Daunielle are both incredibly knowledgable of the housing market and the Campbell/San Jose area. They are true professionals and we are sad we finally moved out of the area and sold our last Bay Area property with their help.

  Carrie and Daunielle are amazing! They made the process as seamless as selling a home can be. They got us the handyman to prep the place, a trash hauler, stager, title company, etc. and even took our Xfinity boxes back to the store after we flew to Boston! The flyers and videos were top notch and showed the place really well. Especially big kudos to Carrie as she helped us find our wonderful home 10 years ago and, at that time, I committed to using her to sell it when the time came and she delivered again. It's a joy to work with great people!

  As a buyer, I was shocked by how this agent handled the transaction. Instead of acting in their seller client’s best interest, they prioritized their own profit by double-ending the deal—refusing to communicate properly with interested buyers and shutting down opportunities that could’ve led to stronger offers. Rather than countering or engaging with serious buyers, they focused solely on their own self-interest. Sellers, be warned: this kind of shady behavior could cost you top dollar, all so your agent can walk away with both sides of the commission. I’d seriously think twice before trusting someone who puts their paycheck ahead of your outcome. A big yikes. Agents like this are the reason realtors get such a bad reputation. ----------- To respond to owner's reply: Regardless of how involved the seller was, it’s concerning when an agent refuses to communicate effectively or transparently with motivated buyer’s agents, especially when stronger offers are on the table. Saying “we followed instructions” doesn’t negate the fact that the outcome may have cost your client a better deal. It’s also important to note that reviews don’t only come from clients. They come from people who interact with your professionalism (or lack thereof) during a transaction. That experience is real, and it matters—especially in a business built on trust. Congratulations on the double-sided commission—truly. Just know that while you may have won this deal, the way you handled it may cost you future ones.

  I’ve worked with Daunielle and her team on 2 purchases now and I have had nothing but great experiences. She is responsive, knows the area well, and will always give her honest opinion about the homes I’m interested in and also points out things that a normal person would not notice. Daunielle truly goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are informed and protected and I always recommend her to my friends who are looking for a home
