  Pulte has failed to construct and open the park, it’s been over 3 years. Don’t believe them if they tell you the park is opening soon.

  My partner and I just purchased a home in this community, and we couldn't be more excited! We've been searching for a new home for nearly two years, and as first-time homebuyers, the entire process was intimidating. Once we toured Avenue though, we immediately fell in love. Our sales consultant, Mary, showed us several different Plans and answered all the questions we had. She broke down costs, incentives, and made us feel extremely educated and prepared to make a decision shortly after. The homes are beautiful, high-quality, decked out with smart-home features (and wired to prepare for more, such as multiple ethernet access points, power over ethernet support, EV hookups, and more). The entire community is beautiful, with a well-maintained exterior and walkways with nice landscaping. More amenities are actively being constructed - such as a park, courts, walkways, and others. It's also directly adjacent to Santana Row - one of our favorite spots in the Bay Area - so we can walk to restaurants and shops that we love at any time. After we decided to buy, Pulte made the buying process seamless. They put us in contact with lenders, insurance companies, handled the title signing scheduling, and answered any and all questions we had (and we had many!). Before our close, we received several extremely thorough and detailed walkthroughs from the community's construction manager, Omar. Omar was fantastic - he explained everything at great detail, and even showed us other homes that were still being built so we knew what they looked like during construction. He took several hours walking us through every single nook and cranny of our new home, and even flagged tiny smudges/spots to be cleaned before we moved in (and they were! It was spotless!). I really appreciated this level of detail, especially since owning a home was new to us, and I didn't know where to start. I don't have a single complaint from start to finish! We love our new home, we're so excited to be moving in, the staff has made us feel confident in our purchase, and the process was beyond smooth. Looking forward to the coming years here!

  I was a bit nervous about buying a new home, but looking at model homes, I fell in love with the design and, of course, the location! Right next to the Santana Row and 280 as well as 17 highway, I felt like there is no other area that I could think of that will fit my needs for time being. Mike, the construction manager, has been so great in the process and I highly recommend him for future buyers!
